What's got Two Thumbs and loves toasted ironbark in their westie?
In our most ambitious GABS beer to date, we've hand dried, toasted and infused native ironbark and red gum in a piney, resinous and citrus loaded double westie.
The toasted hardwood presents as a chewy, oak-like texture with hints of vanilla and lemon menthol. Wood and beer have been mates since the dawn of time, but never in a concept like this.
Brewed and packed at our Milton Brewery.
ABV: 8.0%
Tasting Notes: chewy, woody & dank.
