We took a fresh, hoppy and malty red IPA and whacked it in fresh Tempranillo barrels for 12 months.
The barrels harboured some endogenous Brettanomyces, and that beautiful complexity adds to the underlying style. Loads of funky flair, all in balance.
This Zoo variation was available in cans and keg during January, 2023.
