We aged a select amount of our Birthday Barleywine in fresh fill Shiraz barrels from our friends at Sons Of Eden.
Balancing the sweet malt complexity of the beer with the vibrant berry notes and rich spices from the barrels gives an orchestra of harmonious flavours. All supported by the oak viscosity and Shiraz tannins to give a decadent experience that will leave you pondering where beer stops and wine begins.
